'I was given space to explore my problems and understand myself. He is the first person I’ve felt safe enough to say how I feel to and he made me feel comfortable to admit for the first time who I am. I felt so much relief because it was such a difficult thing for me to understand and hear myself say out loud. He helped me understand that my trauma wasn’t my fault, he helped me with kindness and compassion but truth too'.

'I feel very comfortable with him and he understands all of my complex issues as a whole. I especially like that these sessions are provided by counsellors who understand LGBT issues too - this is the first time I've had counselling where the counsellor genuinely understands/relates to being a LGBT individual'.

'He was kind and understanding at all times. I greatly appreciated his flexibility with the sessions. He was brilliant at talking to me about issues I struggled with and was great at bringing things up from previous sessions that might be relevant. He was professional, supportive and helpful at all times. I sincerely hope he is aware of the good he causes in the lives of people he talks to'.

Once you make contact with me you will have the option of an introductory call, to give you the chance to ask any questions about the way i work and to see if you feel we could work together. Following this we will arrange a date and time for your first session. At the beginning of your first session i will ask you to fill in a client details form and read and sign a counselling agreement, which sets out the expectations of us both. Once this is completed we will be able to start the counselling sessions.
Each session last for 50 minutes. The frequency of your sessions will be discussed either when you have your free introductory call or at your first session. Regular sessions is recommended, either weekly/fortnightly, but it could also be more or less often, the frequency is predominately your choice.
Currently i am only able to offer online and telephone counselling.
Each session will be booked via prior arrangement, to accommodate the availability of us both. Some people choose to have the same slot each week, whilst others need flexibility due to family/work commitments.
The cost of your counselling will be discussed at initial contact. I want to try and make counselling affordable to who ever needs it, therefore i have different rates dependant on your circumstances, for example i offer discounted rates to students/trainee counsellors and those on Low incomes.

If you would like further information, book a free introductory call or would like to book an appointment, please contact me via Call, Text or Email on...
